You can return a ring for resizing, but I will charge for shipping and production cost. Cost depends on how complex the ring is spatially.

Slight variations in terms of appearance are expected since they are made of solid .925 sterling silver. It makes each piece unique. I cannot be held liable from aesthetic changes and defects that arise from regular wear and tear, aging or oxidisation.

These rings are sculptures at first, therefore comfort might slightly be compromised. We can customize the ring upon request at an extra cost.

The general rule of thumb is to contact me within 3 days of delivery and I will work out the best way to help you. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or clarification.

I do returns/amendments at a cost, but no refunds, due to the bespoke and made to order nature.  But I will find a solution to ensure a pleasant experience and satisfactory services. Contact me.

All rings are checked for manufacturing defects before shipping. I guarantee the cover of manufacturing defects, albeit extremely unlikely.
